Yoga is all around us these days. Although most people have heard about Yoga, not so many know much about it.

It requires no adherence to a belief system and there are no deities. It is not enough to reserve a time for yoga if you can't put your all into the practice. When selecting a yoga teacher, make sure you find someone with whom you feel comfortable.
