As anyone who knows anything about fitness and exercise knows that you have to start somewhere and move slowly, and the same principle applies to Yoga. Many people become tense, and irritable, because the body reacts physically to stress.

Talk your students through a pose step by step, emphasizing that they can stop at any step along the way. This type of yoga moves fast and focuses on a continuous flow of movement through the traditional yoga poses. Doing any type of yoga will also help you recover from fitness training.

Often when students try a new pose, they tend to hold their breath, so remind students often to breathe. Yoga is not what you keep to yourself, bring in one or two friends and have a good time.
