When training to become a Yoga teacher, many people struggle with public speaking. Yoga combines breathing techniques and meditation along with physical exercises.
Studies have shown that Yoga also provides key benefits to the mind. Tension, anxiety, and worry, are a natural part of daily life, but Yoga allows us to decipher the real from the imaginary. The most basic and natural of all breathing techniques is the long and deep breathing as it relieves stress and tension.
After practicing Yoga, you will feel invigorated and peaceful. You do not have to just think of Yoga as an end; Yoga is also a means. With yoga, you can benefit from relaxed breathing with a reasonable degree of control.
Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach. Since your body and mind are one, by relaxing your body you also relax your mind.
