Different hatha yoga disciplines, such as Iyengar or Bikram, require you to study under their own certified instructors. Yoga is often credited with physical benefits such as better flexibility, stable heart rate, toned muscle and increased stamina.
Correct breathing alone, can unwind your whole body, rid your body of unwanted toxins and rid your mind of anger, stress, tension and worry. Yoga isn't a discipline that can be taught without extensive knowledge and training. If you consider physical activities such as steadying the heart rate, stabilize the nervous system, increase joint flexibility, all of these activities allow us to mentally transform ourselves.
Every time you perform a pose, you'll be closer to the ideal. Such activity allows your body and muscles to relax and think about peaceful thoughts, diverting your focus on stress. It is not an accident, when a Yoga teacher captures the attention of a class or a large crowd.
